My toy's cartoon doesn't look right
The cartoonify feature works best with well-lit photos where the toy is clearly visible against a simple background. Try taking the photo in natural daylight, centered in the frame, with no other objects nearby. If results are still off, try a different angle.
The voice isn't playing
Make sure your phone's volume is turned up and not on silent mode. ToyTalk uses your device's audio system to play the toy's voice. If you're using a browser, make sure you've interacted with the page first (tapped or clicked something) — most browsers require user interaction before playing audio.
The animation is taking a long time
Kling AI animations and D-ID lip-sync videos are generated by powerful AI models in the cloud. They typically take 60-120 seconds to complete. The progress indicator will show you how things are going. If it seems stuck after 3 minutes, try refreshing and generating again.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can manage or cancel your ToyTalk Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Look for the "Manage subscription" option in the app's settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is ToyTalk AI safe for my child?
Absolutely. All AI-generated messages are designed to be warm, encouraging, and age-appropriate. We don't collect children's names or personal information on our servers. The toy's voice and personality are generated fresh each time. Parents are always present and in control of the experience. Read our full privacy policy for details.
Can I use ToyTalk AI on my computer?
ToyTalk AI works on any device with a modern browser — phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. However, it's designed primarily for mobile phones since most parents use their phone's camera to snap a photo of the toy. The experience is optimized for touch screens and mobile browsers.

We're a small, dedicated team. We read every message personally and aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays. If you're reporting a bug that prevents you from using ToyTalk AI, we treat that as urgent and will get back to you as quickly as possible.
