ToyTalk AI ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We collect your toy's name and a photo you take during each session. Photos are sent to third-party AI services (fal.ai, D-ID, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) solely to generate animations and voice for your toy. We do not store photos on our servers after processing. We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other personal information from children.

How We Use Information

Photos and toy names are used exclusively to deliver the animation and voice experience you requested. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We use anonymous analytics (event counts, feature usage) to improve the app.

Third-Party Services

We use fal.ai (video generation), D-ID (lip-sync animation), OpenAI (image/text generation), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Stripe (payments), and Google AdSense (ads for free tier). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they receive.

Children's Privacy

ToyTalk AI is designed to be used by parents and guardians with their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not require account creation or collect names, email addresses, or persistent identifiers from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Data Retention

Photos are processed in real-time and not retained after your session. Subscription data is retained by Stripe as necessary for billing.

Your Choices

You may clear local data at any time by clearing your browser storage. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage Subscription link. You may request deletion of any data by emailing us.

Description of Service

ToyTalk AI uses artificial intelligence to animate photos of toys with movement and voice. The Service is provided "as is" and relies on third-party AI services that may occasionally be unavailable or produce unexpected results.

Parental Responsibility

ToyTalk AI is intended for use by parents, guardians, and families. Adults are responsible for supervising children's use of the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ToyTalk AI only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not upload images of real people, inappropriate content, or anything that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($3.99/month) or annually ($24.99/year) through Stripe. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

AI-Generated Content

Animations and voice outputs are generated by AI and may not always be perfect. We are continuously improving the technology. You are free to share content you create with the Service. We do not claim ownership of your photos or the animations generated from them.

Limitation of Liability

ToyTalk AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to interruptions, errors, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
